Survivors who experience cardiac effects have a serious and chronic burden of disease that can increase with age and impact long-term well-being. This conference is an important opportunity for survivors and caregivers to educate representatives of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other stakeholders about personal experiences managing the impact of cardiac late effects on daily living and long-term health.
